Content providers must retain these age-verification records and written consents and provide them to Cherrywine upon request for compliance, legal, regulatory, or payment-processing purposes.
Content providers are solely responsible for ensuring that all required consent and age-verification documentation has been obtained and retained before submitting content for publication. Cherrywine may request such documentation at any time and may reject, remove, restrict, or suspend content or accounts where the required documentation cannot be provided.
You may only publish content that you have created or for which you hold the necessary rights. This covers videos, images, live performances, custom requests, and any other material shared on Cherrywine.
Do not upload or use material belonging to others without proper authorization. Maintaining original content supports a trustworthy environment for everyone on the platform. Content that appears to infringe on the rights of others may be removed without notice.
