Cherrywine is committed to operating a safer, consent-based, adults-only digital platform.

All creators must complete verification before publishing, monetizing, or receiving payouts.

Cherrywine may review profiles, images, videos, custom content, live sessions, captions, tags, messages, and listings.

Cherrywine may reject, remove, demonetize, or restrict any content that violates platform rules, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.

5. Online-only rule

Creators may not use Cherrywine to advertise, arrange, imply, negotiate, or sell escorting, prostitution, companioning, member, travel creatorship, or other in-person adult services.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture or withholding of unpaid balances where permitted by law.

6. Payouts

Creators are independent users or contractors, not employees of Cherrywine.

Creator payouts may be delayed, withheld, reversed, or offset due to fraud review, chargebacks, refund obligations, policy violations, missing verification, payment processor holds, sanctions screening, tax requirements, or legal concerns.

7. Ongoing monitoring

Cherrywine may require creators to re-verify identity, age, consent records, payout information, or account control at any time.

Failure to complete re-verification may result in account restriction or payout hold.
