Users and creators may not use Cherrywine to arrange, request, imply, negotiate, advertise, promote, or facilitate in-person meetings, escorting, prostitution, paid creatorship, travel creatorship, or offline sexual services.
Any attempt to arrange or encourage prohibited offline activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Cherrywine may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without refund if an account is associated with fraud, abusive chargebacks, harassment, illegal content, suspected minors, trafficking, coercion, impersonation, payment abuse, prohibited offline arrangements, violations of these Terms, or any activity that may create legal, reputational, compliance, or payment processing risk.
Termination decisions are made at Cherrywine’s sole discretion and may be implemented without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, its users, creators, payment partners, or legal interests.
Cherrywine may preserve account records, transaction records, content records, IP logs, communications, payout records, complaint records, verification records, and related platform data where necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, payment processor requirements, law enforcement cooperation, dispute resolution, chargeback management, or platform security.
Such records may be retained for a reasonable period as required by applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or compliance requirements.
Cherrywine may delay, hold, reverse, offset, or withhold creator payouts due to refunds, chargebacks, fraud investigations, complaint reviews, missing or incomplete verification, consent disputes, sanctions screening, payment processor holds, legal requests, policy violations, or breaches of any creator agreement or platform policy.
Creators acknowledge that payout reviews may require additional documentation or verification before funds are released. Cherrywine reserves the right to determine when payout holds may be removed based on the outcome of its review process.
